63.05-Plumbot overlords

Previously on the Smole, the contestants had to run a teppanyaki and tea restaurant for a day. They failed to meet their profit targets and earned nothing for the pot, keeping it at 33/200 points. The group once again decided to send the second-lowest scorer home and it was Deo who fell victim to it. It's certain now that the Mole is a Sim - but which one?

Thelma: "At least I don't have to worry about plumbot overlords. It's a pity though. I thought I could make use of him and make him an evil robot, or at the minimum help me in my game and make me suspicious. What? Some ladies just want to see the world burn."

"Contestants, you must have realised how tranquil Marumachi is. This peace didn't come easy. A strong discipline and conviction to protect their homeland was needed to fight every battle that came their way. Today, you will get to learn what 'disciplined tranquility' truly is. I need three martial artists, four sumo wrestlers and three online battlers."

Jovan: "Dibs on sumo wrestling!"

Gideon: "This old man is going for something simpler. Like online battling."

Andre: "I don't need to learn what discipline is. I am the embodiment of discipline. It takes discipline to pull this body off."

Clarabella: "Prove that to a sumo wrestler."

Andre: "Fine."

Kaeleigh: "Deo would have been perfect for this."

Ashley: "These arms are meant for tech. I'm sitting out of anything physical."

Cassius: "I'll take martial arts."

Clarabella: "I will as well."

Kaeleigh: "I'm going to suck at all of them but online doesn't sound as fun. I'm in Japan. I might as well try sumo wrestling."

Ashley: "I also want to be a sumo wrestler."

Andre: "You two are joking."

Cassius: "I think it's a great idea."

Ashley: "Don't look down on a lady like me. I can pack a punch."

Kaeleigh: "It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

Octavia: "Thelma, martial arts or online battler?"

Thelma: "I'll take martial arts."

Octavia: "Okay."

Octavia: "I actually didn't want that role. It sounded like being a keyboard warrior or online troll. I deal with enough of that in my daily job. I should be doing something really different, or I'll be wasting my time here."

Jovan, Andre, female Ashley and Kaeleigh are at the dojo to learn how to sumo wrestle.

Kaeleigh: "I can't go any lower."

Kaeleigh: "Aaah!"

Andre: "I lost my balance."

Meanwhile, Cassius, Clarabella and Thelma are at a different dojo honing their martial arts skills.

Ashley: Do it you wimp."

Clarabella: "Ouch..."

Ashley: "No you're supposed to grab my boobs you silly doofus."

Jovan: "Wait what?"

Ashley: "Activate my boobs of death, then I can finish you!"

Jovan: "Now I'm confused."

Ashley: "Now I'm confused that you're confused."

Cassius: "I'm excited to learn how to kill Sims."

Clarabella: "That's not what martial arts is about. It's about defence and peace."

Cassius: "Peace my ass. How can you achieve peace by fighting?"

Thelma: "Cassius, I might have something that may interest you. Find me after the mission."

Kaeleigh: "Go boys! Don't hurt yourselves!"

Ashley: "Sumo wrestling is just two flesh colliding until one stops mattering."

Kaeleigh: "...What?"

Ashley: "What?"

Clarabella: "Wow Thelma. Have you done this before?"

Thelma: "I've taken self-defense classes."

Jovan: "How do I grab you? By your leg?"

Thelma: "You need to use all your strength."

Cassius: "Like this...OW!"

Jovan: "You can do it! Just lift her up!"

Andre: "Don't be afraid."

Ashley: "Finish me. End it all."

Kaeleigh: "I'm not that strong to lift you up."

Kaeleigh: "How do the sumos make it look so easy? They can just lift each other and slam them to the ground. They're so heavy!"

The martial artists must challenge an experienced competitor. Each contestant that beats her twice wins 20 points for the pot. But of course, for a newbie to beat an experienced player, it is an uphill battle. So they may have help.

Gideon: "Who are you?"

Zed: "I'm the gym leader of Mayumachi."

Gideon, Octavia and the other Ashley are at the gym where they must play Pokémon Voidcritters. Each of them must beat Zed in order to gain an advantage that can help the martial artists.

 Each round, two of the three must catch flying discs in 5 minutes. The more times they catch, the better the battler's final card will be. They gotta catch 'em all if they want to give the battler the best card that can defeat the gym leader.

Octavia: "Ack!"

Gideon: "I'll get it."

Cassius: "Lose! Lose! Lose!"

Clarabella: "Whose side are you on?"

After 5 minutes, Ash gets a Cyprin. 

Will it be enough to beat Zed's Arcticorn?

Thelma: "That was a close one."

Ash: "Rattlesticks! My voidcritter fainted."

Ash challenged the gym leader but failed to defeat him. Consequently, Thelma will not get an extra round to spar.

Minori: "Ah!"

Cassius: "I can't watch."

Clarabella: "She did it. She just needs one more win."

Thelma: "Ha!"

Minori: "よくやった。速いね。"

Clarabella: "How are we going to live up to that?"

Cassius: "There's a reason why we sent her first."

Clarabella: "At least that's 20 points secured."

Cassius: "I think it's very suspicious that Thelma's hairstyle changed when she sparred. Or that Clarabella wanted to keep her hat on while sparring."

Clarabella faces off against the martial artist next.

Ashley and Octavia help to collect the best card for Gideon. If he beats the gym leader, the martial artist Minori will only be able to use her arms to score a point for one round.

Octavia: "Phew. Nearly dropped it."

Clarabella: "Ha!"

Ashley: "Get ready for it."

Clarabella: "Aah!"

Thelma: "Did you seriously just scream?"

Cassius: "Clarabella is down 1-0."

Octavia: "Aah! Not again."

Clarabella: "I can do it. Don't let others get to you..."

Gideon now has his card and can challenge the gym leader. But will his Kampos be enough?

"You are undermining the entire basis and system."

Clarabella: "Huh? Who said that?"

Thelma: "Who said what?"

Gideon: "Come on go go go little seahorse."

Cassius: "Duck!"

Gideon: "Damn it. You did your best little seahorse."

"Your one success was an accident. A miracle. Do you think you can replicate that success again and again, for each new group of students you teach?"

Clarabella: "I..."

Thelma: "What is she doing? There's a great opening for her to strike."

Minori: "私が勝ちます。"

Cassius: "That was underwhelming. Now it's my turn."

Clarabella: "While I was sparring so many thoughts and voices flooded by head. I got distracted and allowed my opponent to beat me easily."

There is one last chance to defeat the gym leader. Will Gideon and Ashley be able to get a good voidcitter for Octavia?

Ashley: "Oops."

Cassius has to beat the martial artist to earn 20 more points. If Octavia wins, he gets the advantage of sending an electric shock to Minori whenever she strikes his right arm.

Gideon: "I'm using all my might here."

Cassius: "Fuck you. Let me win."

Minori: "それは不名誉な勝利だ。"

Cassius: "I don't understand the fuck you're saying."

Gideon: "Got it! That was a close one."

Cassius: "Fuck."

Thelma: "Do you think we can count on him?"

Clarabella: "No hope."

Thelma: "So much for thinking he had potential."

Octavia gets a Bubalus in this final fight. Will she be the one to be victorious?

Cassius: "No touching my horns."

Zed: "I have protected my gym."

Octavia: "Ugh. I'm not a gamer."

Cassius also fails twice in a row.

Cassius: "I wonder what the rest of them had to do."

Octavia: "Sumo wrestling."

Cassius: "Thanks Mrs. Obvious."

"Contestants, welcome to the Sumo Dojo of Mayumachi. Our four wannabe wrestlers have been training hard in the afternoon and are ready to show you what sumo wrestling looks like."

 "They will perform four moves that are displayed in this dojo. As a group, you must identify what are the moves they are attempting to show you. Each correct identification earns 10 points."

"Let us welcome our first wrestler."

Kaeleigh: "Deep breaths."

"Whenever you're ready."

Cassius: "That's it?"

Clarabella: "None of the moves shown look close to what she's doing."

Gideon: "I think it's that one over there. The shikido-dachi. It's the only one with one sumo."

Octavia: "You're right. That's the only sensible option. Let's go with that."

"Let us welcome our second wrestler down."

Clarabella: "Hmm. It looks similar to the first one."

Octavia: "Were we wrong about the first one?"

Gideon: "I don't think so. This one has two."

Thelma: "Could there be duplicate moves shown?"

Kaeleigh: "Ha!"

Ashley: "Aah!"

Octavia: "Wait it's not over."

Thelma: "I'm confused. Lee's stance is weird."

Ashley: "I think she's doing #15. The kata-sukashi. They touched briefly and Kaeleigh is lower than Lee."

Cassius: "I think the tachi-ai looks closer."

Clarabella: "I agree. It looks like they're charging to each other which is what Lee and Kaeleigh did."

Octavia: "I agree. Let's go with tachi-ai."

Gideon: "Whoa! Choosing online battling was the right choice. That looked rough."

Octavia: "I think that's the Kata-sukashi."

Cassius: "Or is it the cottanaj?"

Thelma: "You mean the kote-nage? That's possible as well."

Octavia: "I think the position of the arms are wrong."

Cassius: "I think Andre was going for a chokehold throw. I don't know what that corresponds to."

Cassius: "Let's go with Kata-sukashi. I think that makes sense."

Thelma: "You're right. Let's go with that."

Octavia: "The final move."

Clarabella: "It looks like #14."

Ashley: "I can't see a better option."

Gideon: "We'll go with that."

"Your fellow contestants have shown you four sumo wrestling moves. How many did you get correct?"

"Kaeleigh's first move, you said was a shiko-dachi."

"That is correct."

"Kaeleigh and Ashley performed a charging move together."

"You correctly said it was the tachi-ai."

Ashley: "Touchy I!"

"Andre and Jovan performed the third move. You said it was the kata-sukashi."

"That is incorrect. It is the Hiki-otoshi."

Octavia: "What? That looked nothing like that."

"Their final move was not the Uwate-dashinage, but the sukui-nage."

Andre: "Well...we tried."

"2/4 moves were rightly identified, so that's 20 points here, and 40/100 points for the day."
