61.17-The skank room

 In the previous episode of the Smole...

Danny: "Then the problem lie with the ladies. I'm shocked that even Harper went for a virus. There needs to be consequence for their actions."
Laron: "That's the season's big twist, ain't it? The karma?"

Danny: "That's not enough. They need to be punished. They should be banned from taking part in any further missions."

~~~
Danny: "We need to work together to fill the pot. We have to be united. I analysed it and I think the problem is Eris. We need to stop her from doing anything."
~~~

Danny: "Harper, you have a virus don't you? I think we can use it on her."

~~~
Eris: "My advice is to enjoy the freedom. It's not every day you get to put your family aside and do things that you love."
Laron: "That is true. But I'm not here on vacation. I'm here to make my family proud."
Eris: "So am I. I'm here to win and use that money for my children."
~~~

Laron: "But there must be something more you can tell them and bond over."
Eris: "Afraid there's none."
Laron: "Then it's time for you to do something about it. Find a common interest. Find something that you can be proud telling your children about."

~~~
Eris: "I want you to join me in a heist."
~~~

Danny: "Are you threatening me?"
Eris: "Oh I wouldn't dare. It's just a friendly reminder that you could be kicked out of the game for having the laptop."

~~~
"Unfortunately, Eris Field, you have been executed."
Harper: "Oh I feel horrible! What if Eris left because of me? Oh who am I kidding? Of course she left because of me! I shouldn't have taken that virus."
*
*
*
Danny: "Ha! Ha ha ha! Serves that bitch right for trying to threaten me. Harper used the virus well and got rid of a big thorn in my ass. There's the added bonus of the pot rising too without her antics."
*
*
*
Yvon: "I thought about moving to Eris's room now that it's empty but then I remember what she and Landon did in there and I think to myself, I'm not going near the skank room."
The phone booth. It is a ubiquitous sight in England. Apart from being a communication device, it is most well-known for being Superman's changing booth. Today, the contestants will have that experience. They will change clothes in the phone booth up to 5 times and not be recognised by their fellow contestants. Each outfit change earns 8 points. They can earn 160 points in this mission. However, if any of them are able to recognise another contestant, those points will be halved each time. There is also a hidden exemption for whoever dresses as Superman or Supergirl. They have 4 hours.
Laron: "There should be a phone booth somewhere nearby."
Danny: "I'll head down the street."
Harper: "Oh this is so exciting."
Yvon: "I wonder what outfits there are."
Laron: "There are none here. I'll have to take the subway downtown."
Danny: "Not a phone booth in sight. How is that possible?"
Harper: "I love dressing up so this is my favourite mission."
Yvon: "Where is the phone booth?"
Yvon: "Oh, here it is."
Yvon: "Hiding in the corner, eh? Sneaky."
Yvon: "I hope I don't get recognised."
*
*
*
Yvon: "We could only enter each phone booth once. In each booth were four outfits and we had to change into one. With a disguise, it would be easier to be unrecognised. But some of those disguises were wacky."
*
*
*
Danny: "Harper and I had to wear bells around our ankles at all times as karma for bugging and sending viruses to others."
*
*
*
Laron: "It's not all red?"
Laron: "It's so hard to walk in these stupid flippers. I stick out."
*
*
*
Yvon: "I see another phone booth."
Harper: "Aha! There you are hiding in the corner."
Yvon: "At least I can get rid of those uncomfortable heels."
Harper: "A hot dog is fun."
Harper: "Now where's the next phone booth?"
Yvon: "That must be a contestant!"
Yvon: "Ow!"
Yvon: "My head. The giant hard candy saved me."
Harper: "Another phone booth is there."
Yvon: "I didn't recognise who that was...I hope they didn't recognise me either."
Harper: "Nobody's going to recognise me in these costumes."
*
*
*
Laron: "Is that anyone I know? Nah, can't be."
*
*
*
Yvon: "The coast is clear. Time to take the subway."
*
*
*
Danny: "I see it at last."
Danny: "A barista? That's a low-skilled no-future job."
*
*
*
Laron: "I feel so exposed. When is the bus coming?"
Yvon: "Shit! Isn't that Laron?"
Yvon: "I better go somewhere else in case he sees me."
*
*
*
Harper: "I love the painted ladies."
Danny: "Who is that? Whatever, I need to make a sharp turn in case I'm spotted."
Harper: "Isn't that Danny with an apron?"
*
*
*
Yvon: "I'll go that way."
Yvon: "Oh, there's another one hiding here. I just need to detour."
Yvon: "I'm an ice cream girl now."
*
*
*
Laron: "Is it that hard to find a damn red booth? It's red for crying out loud. I hate these flippers."
*
*
*
Harper: "I hear some music inside."
Harper: "Ooh, an acrobatics show! I think I saw an acrobat at Christlehurst earlier. She must be on her way to perform."
*
*
*
Laron: "There you are."
Laron: "I look like Woody from Toy Story."
*
*
*
Danny: "These are ridiculous getups."
*
*
*
Harper: "Ooh, look at all these new clothes! Oh I wish I could shop right now."
*
*
*
Yvon: "This is the most nondescript outfit they have here."
Yvon: "Time to cross that bridge."
Laron: "That looks like a residential area. Surely there must be phone booths there."
Danny: "Fuck."
Danny: "I hope she doesn't notice me."
Yvon: "Danny?"
Danny: "Fuck, Yvon. I didn't think I was that identifiable."
Yvon: "I'm dressed like a nurse! You can see who I am?"
Danny: "Your face and voice are unmistakable."
*
*
*
Harper: "I feel like I've been here a hundred times."
*
*
*
Laron: "Is that Danny? Oh it's not."
*
*
*
Laron: "One part of me kept thinking why we were pitted against each other and couldn't recognise each other. Was there a hidden exemption to recognising someone the most? Not being recognised at all."
*
*
*
Yvon: "My last outfit. Now I just need to not be noticed until the end of the mission."
*
*
*
Danny: "Oh, found another phone booth."
Danny: "Each one just gets worse. I can't believe I'm doing this."
*
*
*
Harper: "I think there are no more phone booths in the area."
*
*
*
Laron: "There's got to be a phone booth at school. What if the students or teachers need to call someone?"
*
*
*
Danny: "Travelling took the longest time. We weren't allowed to use cars or taxis, unless you could convince a stranger to give you a ride. Before you knew it you only had a few minutes left before the mission was over."
*
*
*
Yvon: "I found the most beautiful place with rolling hills and clear blue skies and a vast field!"
*
*
*
Danny: "What's down there?"
"Time is up."
*
*
*
Danny has changed outfits thrice but was recognised twice, earning 6 points.
Yvon changed outfits 5 times and was recognised once, earning 20 points.
Laron has changed outfits twice and was recognised once, earning 8 points.
Harper has changed outfit twice and was not caught at all, earning 16 points. In total, 50/160 points have been earned.
The elusive Superman and Supergirl outfit could be found in the blue phone booth at Embankment Alley. Nobody wore that outfit so nobody has a final exemption.
