40.18-Shocker of the century

In the previous episode, Philo, Bonnie and Shirley had to get out of a hedge maze and avoid Carol. Unfortunately, they failed, with Shirley first being caught, followed by Bonnie and at the exit Philo was eliminated. Carol thus earned the final exemption but lost 120 points in the process. Was it her goal all along to leave the pot at 470/1010 points? Who will be the last contestant to go home this season?

Shirley: "It's either me or you, or Philo who will be going home."

Shirley: "Regardless of who it is, I'm happy to have spent time with all of you, especially you. You've been a formidable player, Bonnie."

Bonnie: "Thanks for the compliment. You're not so shabby yourself."

Bonnie: "You could even say that I've underestimated you."

Shirley: "It's dangerous, isn't it? Especially with this season with everyone keeping quiet about their suspicions in fear of the twist."

Bonnie: "I think you're really scary. I did not see you standing in the final four. But seeing how you're able to switch emotions from hysteria to calmness so easily, I should have known better."

Shirley: "What are you trying to get at?"

Bonnie: "There's been a lot of mischief this season. At first it was comparatively harmless, like vandalism in other players' journals or stealing journals, but then it got worse. Philo has become so obnoxious, Autumn was stabbed, Damien was forcibly eliminated and Carol has been really moody and distressed lately."
Shirley: "You think I'm behind them?"

Bonnie: "I can't tell. But it is the truth. You've been hanging out with Damien quite a lot, even if you try and keep a distance from him. Damien may have been the one to stab Autumn, but he has no dice with her. It was so random. There was no buildup whatsoever. It's been perplexing me. What exactly was his motive?"

Shirley: "I have nothing against Autumn either, or anyone for that matter."
Bonnie: "Yes, but something's changed in you. It's been that way ever since your relationship with Ben deteriorated rapidly. It was so obvious during his execution that you absolutely hated him."

Shirley: "I don't like that tone you're using on me. I'm not a criminal. If you have proof that links me to every single sabotage that has occurred in this house, then by all means apprehend me."
Bonnie: "I've got the answers I wanted. I don't feel like playing any more."

Philo: "It has to be done."

Philo: "I'm sorry for betraying you, but sacrifices must be made to get ahead and stay in the race."

Philo: "Just pretend it's chicken stew."

Philo: "No wait. Pretend it's mock meat stew instead."

Philo: "My cooking skills are still quite sharp. It smells..."

Philo: "...disgusting. I can smell the beef."

Philo: "Praying for fame has never gotten me anywhere. Shirley was right. I have to take things into my own hands if I want to achieve anything."

Philo: "You can do this. It's just stew."

Philo: "Hmm...it's not so bad."

Philo: "I haven't had meat in such a long time. The texture is so alien."

Philo: "I want to vomit."

Philo: "I must swallow it. It's a ritual that must be completed."

Philo: "I've done it. I've went through the rite of passage."

Philo: "Everyone, look at me! Philo Nickelworth, devout Buddhist, has just eaten beef! Shocker of the century!"

Philo: "Forgive me for committing such a sacrilegious act."

Philo: "I have sown the seeds of sin, and I will get my retribution. I can no longer claim to be Buddhist. I have betrayed myself, my conscience, my morals and belief. Most importantly, I have betrayed Buddha. Maybe my religion was holding me back all this while, and I have finally been liberated. I just can't help but feel so dirty and ashamed of myself."

Carol: "It's such a beautiful night. If only Jerome was here."

Carol: "I feel so guilty for hurting Jerome so badly. But at the same time if doing that means protecting myself..."

Carol: "I'm so confused. On one hand, Shirley is right in that I have to fight for myself because nobody else will fight for me, but at the same time I trust Jerome to protect me. What exactly did Shirley mean when he wasn't who I thought he was?"

Shirley: "Place my portrait. Then turn around."

Carol: "Are you sure?"

Carol: "No! It can't be true! Jerome couldn't have done that to Shirley! I trust him!"

Carol: "Unless I trusted the wrong guy..."

"It is time for the execution ceremony. At least one of you made it here by luck. Fortunately or not, today, the one who scored the least will be executed. Because the last two executions were not actual executions, the total score from the past 3 quizzes have been taken into account for this execution ceremony. The one who scored the lowest overall will be fourth this season."

"Carol Losantos. you must be feeling very lucky to have obtained the very last exemption of the season."
Carol: "I am."
"For the rest of you, one of you will be executed tonight. Sit tight."

"Philo Nickelworth."
Philo: "Just get it over and done with."

"Philo, you are going to the finale with Carol."
Bonnie: "That means it's one of us."
"That is correct. Bonnie DeValentino, Shirley DeSota, one of you will be joining Carol and Philo while the other of you says your goodbyes."

"Bonnie DeValentino."
Bonnie: "I'm prepared to face whatever comes."

"Bonnie DeValentino, you have been executed. Please pack your bags and leave."
Bonnie: "Too bad."

Carol: "It saddens me to see any one of you go, but you were the one I least expected to go home, Bonnie. You were a force to be reckoned with and while you were not the most approachable, I enjoyed working together with you this season, right from the very first mission."

Shirley: "It is indeed a shame to see such a skilful player go home."
Philo: "I'm just happy to be in the finale, and happier that I don't have to worry about someone like Bonnie taking away that crown from me."

Bonnie: "Goodbye and good luck. May you all find the Mole."

Bonnie: "I am sorely disappointed. I could almost smell the finale...but I guess I could have been executed sixth or fifth instead. I'll never know. I do feel that I'm on the correct Mole, however, based on gut feel, suspicious activity and the points brought in. At least I can proudly say that I made it much farther than I did last time."
"Thank you for joining. We hope to see you again soon."

"Carol Losantos, Shirley DeSota, Philo Nickelworth, the three of you are undoubtedly the final three of Season 40. While not all of you have been here before, it is clear that you are excited for the final sprint. Soon, we will uncover the truth: Who is the Mole?"

With 470/1010 points in the pot, surely the Mole will win, unless the other two succeed in turning the tables in the last mission. Who will win? And who is the Mole?
