64.12-Excuse me, today should be about me

Just over two weeks ago, eight contestants took part in a new season of the Smole at Appaloosa Plains. After the many trials and tribulations, three emerged: Pereditphe Stworthington III Jr Mitchell, Pretteh Dewick, and Earl Rembrandt. Yet one of them always knew they would be in the finale. Who is the Mole? And one of them knew who that was. Who will win 351/450 points in the pot?

"Finalists, welcome back to the barn. You have taken six quizzes and participated in six missions. That's 351/400 points for the pot. All this while you have been hunting for the Mole as well. One of you has been on the right path, scoring 15/20 points in the final quiz and overall winning the season. The other scored 4/20. This is our runner-up. Our runner-up is..."

"He suspected Pretteh. Pretteh is not the Mole; she's the official winner of Season 64!"

"How do you feel about winning, Pretteh?"

Pretteh: "I always knew that Pereditphe Stworthington III Jr was the Mole. I'm more shocked that Earl didn't. I must have added to over half the amount in the pot. Who in the right mind will pick me? But just as well. You deserve to lose. I'm proud of what I've achieved and I'm sure I have left a mark. I hope that when Manura sees this, she'll be proud of me, and when I'm gone one day she'll have this to remember me by."

"Touching words Pretteh."

Earl: "Why do all the villains always win?"

"Pretteh gave the correct name in the quizzes four times. Duke and Earl did it twice, so the final winning for Pretteh is 357,000 Simoleons. Congratulations!"

Earl: "It doesn't make sense. Why was Duke executed then?"

"He scored 4/10 even with suspecting the right Mole, but Terry scored 1 mark higher and survived. Speaking of Terry, he's recovering well."

"Pretteh not only misled Earl but also Duke and Terry. She was hotly suspected in the beginning."

Pereditphe: "Excuse me, today should be about me."

"Oh yes. Ahem. Make no mistake: the Mole of Season 64 is Pereditphe Stworthington III Jr Mitchell! You earn the remainder which amounts to 93,000 Simoleons! Because neither of you have bank accounts, the equivalent amount in kibble will be delivered to your doorstep."

Pereditphe: "It better be top grade."

"Any thing you want to say?"

Pereditphe: "Yes. I did really well. I could have gotten even more if not for Pretteh. Why are you so good at guessing things?"
Pretteh: "Maybe high stakes are what motivates me."

Pereditphe: "I wasn't done. I want to say that choosing me as the Mole was the absolute right choice, and maybe next time choose a cleaner setting for the accommodation and missions."

"Anything about your sabotages?"

Pereditphe: "Plenty. I sabotaged every time without you knowing. In the first mission I took my time."

Pretteh: "How is that sabotaging? You helped earn points."

Pereditphe: "How was I supposed to know your team was so slow?"

Pereditphe: "In the second mission, I knew my job was to look the absolute prettiest at the start, then put in less effort so that I score lower and not earn anything. Fortunately that's easy for a cat like me. Even then I still scored so high because I am just that effortlessly elegant."

Pereditphe: "In the third mission I sang badly and only earned 1 point. But not that badly."

Earl: "She's really full of herself."

Pereditphe: "In the fourth mission I didn't put in effort so I found a bunch of useless items that I knew would not be counted to the list."

Pereditphe: "In the fifth mission I unleashed my claws. I smeared Terry's name in front of Earl and also smeared Earl's name in front of Pretteh later on. I kept claiming it was Earl's fault for everything when in reality I just didn't want to give many instructions, at least of the useful kind."

Earl: "How dastardly! You are no different from Pretteh!"

Pereditphe: "Hey, don't liken me to her."

Pereditphe: "Finally in the last mission I got the role I wanted: to be first. I put in little effort in making that man recognisable. I still don't know how Pretteh could have gotten the right answer from that."

Pretteh: "My pleasure to have stopped you."

Earl: "I should have seen this earlier."

"There were many ways you and everyone else could have seen it earlier. For example, for every execution ceremony, we saw waiting paws. The total number of paws during the ceremony always added up to 36, the total number of letters in Pereditphe's full name. 4 sets of 9 in Episode 2, 6 sets of 6 in Epsiode 4, 9 sets of 4 in Episode 6, 3 sets of 12 in Episode 8, and 2 sets of 18 in Episode 10."

Earl: "I couldn't possibly have seen that."

Pereditphe: "It's Pereditphe Stworthington III Jr. How have you still not gotten that right?"

"The second clue is in the second mission. There was a plate of spaghetti at the equestrian training grounds. Which famous pet-related movie involves spaghetti? Lady and the Tramp. In that movie, there are Siamese cats. Pereditphe is Siamese."

Pereditphe: "Pereditphe Stworthington III Jr."

"What she said."

"The final clue is in the fifth mission. The picture was a mango. What else is famously mango? Mango sticky rice, which Thailand is known for. Siamese cats like our Mole here originated in Thailand."

Nameless: "...Just for a night."

Mister Whiskers: "Why not make it permanent?"

Nameless: "What?"

Mister Whiskers: "I'll ask my owners to adopt you."

Nameless: "Nobody would want a stray like me."

Mister Whiskers: "You'll never know if you never try. They watched the season and they took a liking to you."

Nameless: "...Do you really think I can be a pet?"

Mister Whiskers: "I see the future. In my future, there's you."
