DAY 12
***********

Vanessa: "Why do you look so troubled?"
Gigi: "I keep finding notes from a mystery man...or woman. They're telling me that Andy is lying and not to trust him."
Vanessa: "And how would they know?"
Vanessa: "My advice is not to take these things too seriously. They're probably just a prank."
Gigi: "It's caused a rift between me and Andy though...now he doesn't want anything to do with me."
Gigi: "Do you have any idea who could have written this?"
Vanessa: "Not really...but since you've shared something with me the last time, I'll give you a secret as well. It's regarding Mervyn..."

Gigi: "Mervyn, I want to know the truth."

Mervyn: "Truth?"
Gigi: "I know about your little secret."
Mervyn: "You do?"
Gigi: "I'd like an explanation for it."

Mervyn: "Since the cat's out of the bag, I might as well explain things. But you must promise not to tell anyone, okay?"

Mervyn: "I had to pee. Really urgently. I didn't want to wet myself or the car."
Gigi: "Huh?"

Mervyn: "You're asking why I beat the red light three months ago, right?"

Gigi: "No...I was referring to something else. Like, the game secret?"
Mervyn: "Oh. Of course. I keep forgetting about that."
Gigi: "But that's why you're always so jittery? Because you beat a red light?"

Denise: "What's this I hear about beating things?"
Gigi: "Mervyn is so worried over the fact that he beat a red light two months ago."
Mervyn: "Three."
Gigi: "There you go."

Denise: "It's a free country. Do whatever you want."
Gigi: "Yeah, I've beaten red lights a few times before. It's not a big deal."

Mervyn: "Not a big deal? I'm a traffic cop! It's a big deal to me! The police can't find out. Nobody can know about this."

Denise: "Dude, you're on air. The whole world knows now. They're gonna hunt you down."
Mervyn: "Oh man, I don't want to turn into a fugitive."
Denise: "Is he for real? I wanna have what he's having."
Gigi: "Stop teasing him."

Gigi: "So...you didn't write the notes?"
Mervyn: "What notes?"
Gigi: "You really don't know. Otherwise you would have blurted that out first. Nevermind."

Mervyn: "Will you promise to keep this a secret though? At least from the rest here? I'll face the music when it comes; but for now I don't want to destroy anyone's image of me."
Denise: "There's nothing to destroy."
Mervyn: "But the trust of the people and my future."
Denise: "Yeah, that. But mine's long dead and look! I'm perfectly fine and happy."
Mervyn: "I'd beg to differ. In fact, I encourage you to seek help."
Denise: "For what? You're the one that needs help."
Gigi: "Guys, I'm still here."

Gigi: "I can promise not to reveal this, but what do I get in return?"
Mervyn: "You're close to Andy, right? I have his alibi. Something about a harrowing experience leaving him twice shy."
Denise: "What? Useless."
Gigi: "I already know what it's referring to, probably. But thanks anyway. I better get going."

Mervyn: "So you will keep this a secret from the rest, right?"
Gigi: "Sure. I can't believe that actually worked on him."

Mervyn: "And you too, right?"
Denise: "Hey I didn't make that deal. But you've got to chillax, dude. You're too tense. Too stressed. Take a chill pill."
Mervyn: "That's another one of your euphemisms for drugs, right? You're not feeding that thing in my mouth."

Denise: "Fine. Be a stick-in-the-mud. I'll find other ways to help you achieve inner peace. Like meditation."

Denise: "Come, follow me. Just focus on your breathing. See all the bright, happy colours. Smell the flowers."

Mervyn: "I think you're high."
Denise: "If you're not going to be a willing disciple, then there's nothing more that can be done to help you."

Mervyn: "Alright, alright."
Denise: "Focus on your breathing. In, out. In, out. In, out..."

Denise: "Good. Are you feeling more at peace? Like you're one with the earth?"
Mervyn: "I actually am. My mind is so much clearer now. Thank you."

Denise: "No problem, brother. Just remember, life is like a fast-moving river. Before you know it, the past has already been washed away, and along with it, all the negative experiences, memories and emotions. You cannot control it, or stop it, or divert the current flow. It's all a natural process. So just let it be. Focus on what lies ahead. Focus on yourself, your chi, your presence. Focus on what you can do to make yourself a better man."

Mervyn: "That's...actually very insightful. I'll remember this."

*
*
*

Gigi: "Andy, you have to hear what I found out."

Gigi: "Wait, you have to listen to this!"

Andy: "Alright, I'm listening."

Gigi: "I've been snooping around, trying to investigate who wrote these letters. I didn't find much, but I did learn about your alibi and Mervyn's secret."

Andy: "Sigh...I should apologise to you. I wasn't thinking straight yesterday. I compared the handwriting and they are different. It couldn't have been you who wrote these. I thought you were going to leave these messages at everyone's doorstep so that everyone knows but now I know that was stupid."
Gigi: "I forgive you. But we need to know who else knows about this incident. I thought it was Mervyn but he's really clueless about it."

Andy: "It's okay. We'll find a way. We just need to compile everyone's handwriting. Then we'll know the truth."

Scott: "I can't believe they're back together again."

Scott: "Gigi and Andy reconciled. But why does that make me so upset? So what if they're close? They may not even be in a relationship, and so what if they are? I don't have any feelings toward Gigi...so why am I so disappointed?"

*

*

Vanessa: "A clogged toilet? Eww!"

Vanessa: "It's a good thing I know basic plumbing."

Vanessa: "I should get paid for this."

"Contestants, please gather at the lobby."
Scott: "I hope this won't be another scare."
Vanessa: "I'm here, don't worry."

Daphne: "I will be there once my coffee is done brewing."

Daphne: "Perfect."

Mika: "Aww, I was just revisiting my past work. I haven't even got to the good part yet."

Mika: "My technique has improved vastly, but now sex feels like a chore, even if it's fake. I thought sex was supposed to be fun, not work?"

Mika: "I guess that's a thought for another day. Right now, there are more important matters. Like finding out if I survived."

Mika: "Does it smell weird in here or is it just me?"

Denise: "Dude, why are you all alone here? Dude said the lobby."
Daphne: "Patience. The show can't get started without any one of us, so why the hurry?"

Mika: "What is this gas that's slowly seeping in?"

Mika: "Get me out of here! Someone! Can any one hear me? Why won't this darn door open? I'm going to choke in here."

Mika: "Help...can't...breathe..."

Gigi "Oh no!"
Mervyn: "Is she..."

Andy: "How did she die in the elevator? She doesn't look like she was assaulted. And all of us were right here."
Scott: "A murder took place right under our noses."

Denise: "Ack! What's that smell?"
Andy: "I can't really smell anything."

Vanessa: "I smelled it too. It's less strong now but I also saw some fumes coming out from the elevator."

Vanessa: "This is the work of the Mole."

Daphne: "Oh? How can you tell?"
Vanessa: "Exactly. The Mole never leaves their mark behind."

"Mika has been executed. Down to seven."

Mervyn: "It really is too bad. I admired her seriousness and determination. She was very hardworking."

Scott: "She was definitely interesting and not what I expected from a pornstar. There were so many things I wanted to ask her...er...I didn't say anything."

Andy: "I for one think that she's a mystery. We don't even know her real name."

Mika couldn't survive the journey, but she paves the way for the others to ascend and advance. Who will be the one to advance to the finale?
