17.05-I feel...M

Last time on the Smole, the remaining 7 teams went to play table tennis. Due to unforeseen circumstances *ahem sabotages ahem* Dory was declared the winner and thus earned the exemption for herself and for her aunt. 130/240 points were earned, making the pot 230/390 points.  Ryan and Ryanna were another quibbling pair that left the house. Who will be next? Who among them is the Mole?

Jacintha: “Time for me to show my cooking prowess.”

Isaiah: “Dory, I hope you’re not the Mole. You haven’t touched your journal.”
Dory: “Because I keep forgetting what to write. I swear I’m not the Mole this time! I think.”

***

Isaiah: “Alright coalition, we shall take the opportunity of closure to discuss certain things.”
Prissy: “Like me getting an Oscar?”
Isaiah: “That shall be outside the Smole.”
Jacintha: “Frivolous.”

Isaiah: “Dory said she wasn’t the Mole. I hope none of us are the Mole.”
Prissy: “*ahem* Jacintha, I think you could be fooled. You trust Dory too much. The last time she cost you your game.”
Dory: “I am not the Mole this time! Stop pointing fingers!”
Prissy: “We honestly don’t know whether you’re feigning amnesia or not. You are too much of a threat and the only way we can confirm it’s not you is by your execution.”

Jacintha: “How dare you! That means I will go too! And I’m sure she isn’t the Mole again. And you trust Isaiah dearly too. Look at the two that were in a coalition with him.”

Dory: “I can’t stand this any longer.”
Prissy: “No going anywhere.”

Prissy: “I will cling onto you like a leech and suck out all your information.”
Jacintha: “How will we share our information like this? Meeting dismissed.’

Isaiah: “You have to be far-sighted, Dory. It’ll be for the best of us.”
Dory: “Huh?”

Contestants are running off to Studio 20. They will play “Wheel of Fortune”. The pairs will work together for the first time and will earn an exemption together for the first time.

Jacintha: “it reeks in here…”
Taylor: “Mimi! Woo! I feel like I can trust her!”

Hosts: “Welcome to Wheel of Fortune! We are fortunate to have the Smole season 17 to partner with us this time round.  There will be three rounds. The first round is a speed round. Letters will flash in front of the screen and the first to buzz in and answer correctly will win. The second round is a normal round, where we spin the wheel...square.  When the puzzle is solved, the one with the most amount of money will advance to the third round, determining whether they earn the exemption. If you succeed by solving the puzzle within 10 seconds, your team will earn an exemption. If you fail, you don’t earn it. In front of you are two lights. When you buzz in to answer for the first round, your light will turn yellow. When you say your answer, it will turn green or red, both self-explanatory. You get two tries.

In the first round, every time you buzz in, you deduct 5 points from the original 100. As each letter is shown, 5 points are deducted. You earn whatever remains if you answer correctly.

In the second round, buying a vowel will cost money that you earn from the wheel. You can earn a maximum of 200 points here. If you do not have money, you can exchange 10 points for a vowel. Wild cards allow you to buy a vowel for free. You also get two tries to guess the puzzle. The amount of points earned is determined by your overall performance as a whole.

In the third round, you are given the standard 6 letter: R,S,T,L,N,E. From there, you choose another 3 constonants and a vowel (and another letter if you have the wild card unused). After that, it’s your 10 seconds. Good luck!”

Hosts: “First Round, coming up! Grey cells are spaces and brown cells are not used.”

Tay: Ring around the rosy red cheeks?”

Hosts: “Correct! 5 points are deducted but 10 points are earned, negating the deduction. 12 letters have been shown, so 60 points are deducted. You have earned 25/100 points in Round 1.”
