35.12-I have no idea what I'm doing right now

Last episode,

"For your first mission, Courtney, please send two contestants."
Courtney: "I would pick myself because I'm good, duh. I think I'll just pick Ryenn because she's beside me."
Ryenn: "Good choice."

***

Hykel: "I am not sure about that."
Douglas: "Why? Are you privy to information we're not aware of?"

***

"The mission has failed. Please return home for Round 2."

***

Monique: "I am not sure the Producer would reveal himself so easily, especially when the bad guys still can win by guessing who it is."
Morris: "So you think Hykel is a bad guy?"
Monique: "Possibly. Both Courtney and Sylvia supported him so maybe they're the bad guys too. That means I will go with myself, Morris and Ryenn."
Courtney: "You're making a bad mistake."

***

"The mission has failed."

***

Douglas: "Including me? I mean, sure, I guess, but I somehow think that's being too casual for a make-or-break round."

Monique: "Indeed. Douglas is wising up. And the odds are that there's at least one bad person who hasn't gone yet."

Sylvia: "Why should I trust you? You said Courtney was bad and Ryenn was good. That clearly was wrong."
Hykel: "Is it possible that Ryenn is good? It's just that one of them there is trying to frame her? I'm just throwing possibilities out. We want to consider everything first."
Sylvia: "Hmm, I haven't thought of that. But if Monique or Morris is the bad guy, the other one must be covering up so that means both of them are bad. I still can't trust these two. I'll stick with my original plan."

***

Douglas: "I'm scared."
Hykel: "Stop trembling and saying that. You're making me nervous too."
"The mission has succeeded. 30 points have been earned."

Douglas: "Wait, we won? Amazing. We actually did it!"

***

"Ryenn, please choose three contestants for this mission."
Douglas: "Uh oh."
Courtney: "She's going to fail the mission."
"A gentle reminder that you are each entitled to one veto. If majority veto then another contestant will be selected to be the 'mission leader'."

***

Monique: "I will veto simply because Ryenn is bad."
Courtney: "Is nobody else going to?"
Morris: "I'm sorry but I don't know who to trust right now. I'm getting so many conflicting signals."
Monique: "I can only hope the bad guys think of the points."

***

Sylvia: "AAH!"
Douglas: "AAAAAHHH!"

Ryenn: "It will be a miracle if I don't fall sick tomorrow."

***

Sylvia: "I think Monique is a bad one trying to stop us from earning points. I don't know what her motive is, however."
Hykel: "I have decided after listening to all your feedback. I am going with myself, duh, Sylvia, Courtney and Douglas."

***

"The mission has succeeded. There was absolutely no sabotage in this mission. 30 points have been earned."
Douglas: "Phew."
Sylvia: "I knew it."

***

"Ryenn is the Mole, Sylvia is the Super Mole and Hykel is the Cameraman. These three have earned an exemption."

There were three Moles in the mission and three exemptions had been awarded, at the cost of the pot. With 60/150 points earned in the mission, the pot rose to 340/800 points. Can the group catch up to the Mole in time? Or will the Mole catch up to one of them first?

***

Monique: "I observed a lot. I miscalculated which gave the other three an exemption and put me at a huge disadvantage. But the Mole should be smart enough to know that this is a test ultimately. It is up to them if they want to act well and show everyone else that they are good at deceiving or not. I can't comment about Hykel because I knew he was bad all along but I had suspicions about Sylvia. I think she was trying very hard to act like her usual self, because her usual self gives me some suspicion as well. She wasn't flawless but I don't know if that's a gimmick. Douglas was clearly clueless because he had no information and Courtney gave 'ordinary contestant' vibes. Morris got confused at one point in time as well."

Morris: "I think the Mole isn't a bad guy in the mission. The Mole is likely to be supporting them though and trying to hide their identities. That was what Monique felt like she was doing. I find it hard to believe she miscalculated and put Ryenn in on purpose. Was she really that confident that the three of them would fail and need to rely on picking her out?"

Sylvia: "We considered the big picture. When we were in the truck in the third round, Hykel and I agreed not to sabotage to earn points. We still had a chance to win. And in the last round we already won so neither of us sabotaged."

Ryenn: "I think we did a good job even if I was thrown under the bus. At least we got an exemption. I guess I was too eager to get an exemption so I outed myself too early. But I'm happy things worked out in the end."

Douglas: "We allocated one day to cleaning because the house is a mess. And Courtney as usual isn't helping. I don't dare to tell it to her face though."

Ryenn: "Let me help you, Monique. I always wanted to help my mom do the chores but she never allowed me."

Hykel: "I have no idea what I'm doing right now."

Courtney: "Are those flies?"

Courtney: "EWW EWW EWW EWW EWW!"

Hykel: "Maybe one day if I can't take her s*** any more I'll start shouting and scolding her."
Douglas: "Did you just cuss?"
Hykel: "Uh, yeah? Got a problem with that? Just because I'm religious doesn't mean I don't swear. I swear my allegiance to Allah every day."

Hykel: "Do you need help with that?"
Ryenn: "No, I'm fine. I think my arm muscles are much stronger than my leg ones. After all, I needed to push myself around all the time and support myself during physio."

Ryenn: "I'm so grateful to be able to stand on my two feet again and enjoy the snow."

Ryenn: "It just feels so new and funny to be able to trudge around in the snow like this."

***

Ryenn: "It's getting quite cold in here."

***

Morris: "Like this?"

Sylvia: "Not bad. You're a fast learner."

Monique: "Why are you teaching him how to play the guitar? This is a waste of his time. It's not a good investment."
Sylvia: "He expressed interest in it."

Monique: "I'm in charge of him, not you. I have to protect my client's interests."
Sylvia: "What interests am I infringing on by doing this?"

Sylvia: "You're being too controlling of Morris. He is an adult. Let him explore the world on his own. There is no need to mollycoddle him."
Monique: "I don't need you to lecture me. He needs to devote his time and energy on doing well."

Courtney: "Woo! Gotta know how to have some fun to keep the stress levels down. Don't know why everyone's getting so serious."

Courtney: "Dancing by myself is boring though. Maybe I should try one of these books out. My sisters seem to enjoy them."

Courtney: "All of these are Twinbrook books...'The Truth About Swamps' by Eva Drudge, 'Your Mind is Lying to You' by Bernard Hunter...oh, wasn't he that guy from the Smole?"

Courtney: "Hmm...what's down here? Oh, there's a picture of the Mad Hatter. Must've dropped out of an 'Alice in Wonderland' book. 'The Great Fire' by Juan Darer...all these don't interest me."

***

Douglas: "This is a quiet place."

Monique: "What are you doing in my room?"

Monique: "And are you reading a fairy tale?"

Monique: "Who gave you permission to enter my room?"
Douglas: "I..."

Monique: "Get out."

Douglas: "I just..."
Monique: "I don't want to hear any excuses. Out!"

Douglas: "Aaaah!"

Douglas: "Please don't hurt me!"

Douglas: "I'll do anything you want. I'll listen to you. I'll be a good boy, I promise."
Monique: "Get your hands off me."

Monique: "And get out of my room."

Douglas: "Yes ma'am."

Ryenn: "This tattoo...Ian..."

Ryenn: "I shouldn't have been so reckless. How do I remove it?"

Ryenn: "I keep telling myself not to think about that night but it just keeps coming back to haunt me. I wish my parents were around. But how do I face them and tell them I was raped? I was semi-conscious and didn't know what I was doing...he took advantage of me."

***

Hykel: "Why is there a fire?"

Monique: "Give me that."
Courtney: "No, give me."
Monique: "Give it to me. You'll just play with it."
Courtney: "No I won't. Give it to me!"

Douglas: "Oh no...why is it happening again?"

Douglas: "AAAAAAAAH!"

Douglas: "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"

Douglas: "AAHH--No, I need to go back in there and face my fears. They're gone. They can't hurt you any more."

Morris: "Don't die, Hykel!"
Hykel: "Thanks for that reassurance!"
Morris: "I think I'm going to faint."
Monique: "It's just a fire, Morris."
Morris: "Just a fire? JUST A FIRE?"

Ryenn: "Why did you come back in?"
Douglas: "I..."

Douglas: "I can't do this."

Douglas: "No, no, no..."

Morris: "Back away now, fire. Don't try to consume me now. I'm far too young and tender for your tastes."

Morris: "We're gonna die, aren't we?"
Hykel: "Shut up or I'll stuff this in your mouth."
Courtney: "I'll do it!"

Morris: "Alright, alright! I'll keep quiet. I can't look..."
Hykel: "Phew. It's out."

Hykel: *cough* "Hey! What was that for?"

Hykel: "There was a fire in the house. For some reason my first thought was to get rid of it before it hurts anyone. Now that I think about it I could have died. Shudder. I'm not going to do something so stupid again."

Hykel: "That was intense."
Ryenn: "Sorry guys. I wanted to keep this place warm. I didn't realise it was so cheap."

Hykel: "I'll put it out now and never touch it again."

Douglas: "They're back, aren't they?"

Douglas: "I need to hide."

Hykel: "Douglas? Are you here?"

Douglas: "Oh no it's true! He's risen from the dead!"

Douglas: "I hope he doesn't see me."

Hykel: "Douglas."
Douglas: "AAH! Stay away from me!"

Hykel: "Who? Me?"
Douglas: "Yes! Don't hurt me. I beg you. Please leave me alone!"

Hykel: "Are you alright?"
Douglas: "You tried to burn me. Haven't you done enough damage to me already? Why can't you let me off? Why must you possess someone and come back for me?"
Hykel: "Douglas, what are you talking about?"

Douglas: "I'M SORRY FOR TALKING BACK TO YOU! Please don't hurt me. Please spare me. I don't know how much more abuse I can take. I won't fight back. I know you don't like it, Dad."

Hykel: "Stand up, Douglas."
Douglas: "O...okay."

Hykel: "I am not your dad. I am Hykel. Nobody's possessed me, so relax."
Douglas: "You...you're not Dad? Are you sure?"

Hykel: "Very sure. Now listen up, young man. I don't know what has happened to you in the past but all I know that you are strong enough to stand here facing me today. You survived all that. You don't have to give in to those demons. You're taller than me for goodness sake. You don't have to be so scared of me."

Douglas: "But you're so big and--"
Hykel: "I'm not going to hurt you. Nobody is going to hurt you. Have you been attacked while here? No, right?"
Douglas: "I...I guess you're right. He really is dead. I don't know what I was thinking."

Ryenn: "I know who Ian suspected each quiz. If I can find the common questions that allowed him to survive four executions, I may be able to figure out who the Mole is. The problem is that I don't remember all the questions."

Hykel: "I am so stressed right now. My suspect since Day One has left the door. But I don't want the same thing to happen again like last execution. It's a good thing I have this exemption to protect me."

***

"Tonight, another one of you will be executed. Who knows the least? Or who is the unluckiest?"

Ryenn: "I can't imagine if I was not exempted."

"Morris Delven."
Morris: "The odds are not in my favour."

"Courtney Ball."
Courtney: "Lady Luck has always been shining on me. This time will be no different."

"You have unfortunately been the next to be executed. Please pack your bags and leave."

Ryenn: "Oh! What a surprise!"
Morris: "She was a very fun and sporting player who wasn't afraid to tackle new challenges. She seemed so confident about herself too."

Courtney: "I don't think I was the lousiest. I think it was because of the three exemptions. It's just as well that I live this squalor anyway. Things were getting boring and no fun, particularly when there were no missions. Hasta la vista. I hope the winner and Mole is a spectacular one."

"Thank you for joining the Smole, Courtney. We hope to see you soon."

***

Hykel: "Take that! Yeah! Defeated."

Hykel: "Now I can reach the switch."

Hykel: "Passcode entered."

Hykel: "Woah, woah, woah, what?"

Sylvia: "He can't hear us."
Monique: "Stop ignoring us. I know you can hear us. Move aside."

Hykel: "Huh?"

Monique: "These devices are just a distraction."

Sylvia: "I think you take things way too seriously."

Ryenn: "Hey, Douglas. How is it like climbing up to the top bunk? I never got to climb a ladder and I'm afraid of injuring myself."
Douglas: "There is that possibility but it will be very awkward for me to switch rooms all of a sudden. I suggest you don't try it."

Ryenn: "Oh, okay."

Douglas: "Stupid. I just ended the conversation by saying that."

***

The fun Courtney has been executed. Will things get duller with her gone?

***

Next episode,

Hykel: "Douglas has a tragic past. We need to help him."

***

Ryenn: "I'm like a used product that nobody wants any more. I don't have a right to fall in love with anyone now."

***

Monique: "Hmm...I wonder...ah, I remember, I think it is true."

Monique: "I was the first one to be asked a question so I dragged time on purpose since the bomb couldn't go off so early."

***

Douglas: "I want to transfer my points. I'm scared of being hit by a bomb."
"2 points are transferred from Douglas to Monique."

***

Douglas: "I was so scared. I wanted to transfer my points away because they were quite a lot but nobody noticed me."
