“One of you three will be the last to leave tonight. Who
shall it be?”
“Skye Lowe.”
Skye: “I’m safe and outta here.”
“Heather Long and Dominic Kaliton, one of you will be
leaving this house for good.”
Dominic: “At least let me have a bath first. I need to leave
my grandest!”
“Heather Long!”
Dominic: “Yes!”
Heather: “What are you happy about? I’m safe and you’re
executed!”
Dominic: "Wha..."
“Yep. Dominic Kaliton, you are the last to be executed. How
do you feel about being so close?”
Dominic: “Visibly upset and angry with myself. I was so
close! And then I could prove that I’m as good as, if not better, than
Dominica!”
“What do you think caused you to lose at this juncture?”
Dominic: “Cockiness? Too full of myself, maybe. Plus I was
lost after Eugene left and I knew I was a goner, even more so when Jo was
exempt. And I guess the fact that despite trying to choose the majority
options, I ended up choosing a male mole.”
“What will be your last words to the houseguests?”
Dominic: “Do your best everyone. I’m sure you’ve gotten the
Mole already. To Skye, please try to be nicer to everyone. You’ve gotten a
great chance to redeem yourself by making it to the finale. To Heather, use
your intelligence wisely to help you win and try to earn back as many points as
possible. We only have 870/2070 points, which is way less than half. And to
Jo…can I speak to her personally?”
Dominic: “For you Jo.”
Jo: “A gift? Thanks!”
Jo: “What is it?”
Dominic: “All your albums. I specifically bought them
because I’m your fan and brought them here. Now, I’m giving them back to you. I
hope you’ll return to your roots and re-ignite that passion for singing. Your
voice is heavenly and it is a shame if you switch to acting and stop singing
entirely.”
Jo: “Why, thanks. I don’t know what to say.”
Dominic: “I guess I didn’t need to win the money anyway.”
“Thank you for joining Dominic and we hope to see you at the
finale!”

Skye: “You think you’re so great aren’t you? Writing so many
articles for justice. I think you’re just a snob who’s an attention-seeker!”
Heather: “I am not! I know what I did may have hurt you, but
you are the evildoer in the first place!”
Skye: “So? Shouldn’t everyone get a second chance? You were
given 2 second chances to get you this far!”
Heather: “Even if it’s not you, the Organisation needs to be
brought down!”
Skye: “Blah blah. I’m not interested in any of your
excuses.”
Heather: “I’m hoping we could still be friends, but looking
at the current situation…”
Skye: “We could never be friends the moment you had your
motive to get close to me! I don’t know how you knew I was part of the
Organisation or why you chose to hurt me like this, but we were never friends,
and will never be. Congrats, you’ve just found yourself another enemy.”
Skye: “You’ll be in for a big surprise when you get home.”
Heather: “We all got this special ticket to bring us to the
finale. Let’s focus on winning and forget any hatred and all, shall we?”
Skye: “Like real you would. I should have seen through you
earlier.”
Heather: “I’m sorry, okay? I regret doing this to you. I
knew it would hurt you too much but I guess I was too focused on career.”
Skye: “Sorry? I don’t accept your f****g apology! You can go
and eat **** for all I care!”
***
Jo: “A penny for your thoughts?”
Skye: “Go away. I want to be left alone.”
Jo: “No. You need to get whatever it is off your chest.”
Skye: “You won’t leave? Then I will.”
Jo: “Stay and play with me, please? I promise you won’t have
to see me again after this.”
Skye: “Promises are always broken. But I’d see if you’d
honour it.”
Jo: “Yes!”
Skye: “You seem happier.”
Jo: “I do, don’t I? I owe it to Dominic. He helped me face
up to my past and get over it. He rekindled my love for music and singing. I
used to be very tense and guarded, always a shy worrywart. Now my heart feels
so much lighter thanks to him.”
Skye: “He changed you a lot. Must have taught you a lot of
things.”
Jo: “He did. And although our relationship was on the rocks
when I started seeing his flaws, I look back at the happy times we shared and
how he helped me, and I know to close one eye to them and accept him for who he
is.”
Skye: “He changed you for the better.”
Skye: “Don’t you think life is like a play? He raises you up
then throws you down. She built up trust and opened my heart, only for her to
exploit it and cause a bigger hit than I could ever imagine. She betrayed me.”
Jo: “I’m sorry to hear that.”
Skye: “I don’t need your sympathy. You’re a lucky girl to
have met the right guy to change you and help you face the world without any
worries. I’m the unlucky one. I always am. But I’ve already got an idea on how
I’ll solve this.”
Jo: “I hope you don’t do anything foolish.”
Skye: “Like you care.”
Jo: “I do!”
Skye: “I don’t need your concern! The game is over.”
***
Heather: “What’s this? Oh, it’s by the editor…what? Rejected?
Why was my article rejected? Not substantiated? Cannot establish credibility?
Too much imagination? I’ve a real life witness here! How dare he! So my efforts
come to naught?”
Who will win this season of the Smole? Who is the Mole? Will
they be able to savour the fruits of their labour?
